These general conditions of sale are applicable to all products sold by WOODAIXPO.
They are applicable in their entirety to any contract entered into between WOODAIXPO and its customers in France or Europe, regardless of the place of delivery.
No deviation from these conditions may be accepted without written agreement from WOODAIXPO.
Any condition contrary to these general conditions of sale posed by the buyer, in his general conditions of purchase or in any other document, will be unenforceable against the seller, whatever the amount in which it may have been brought to his attention.

1 - Orders and execution
Any order placed with WOODAIXPO is firm and final for the customer upon receipt by WOODAIXPO of a purchase order (or any other medium indicating an order).
The unavailability of a product due to a stock shortage or its deletion from the site cannot result in any cancellation of the overall order and will not entitle you to any compensation from WOODAIXPO.
The products presented on the website www.woodaixpo.fr are offered for sale for the territories of mainland France as well as in Europe.

2 - Price
Prices are stipulated all taxes included but excluding transport costs. All duties and taxes currently applicable or which may become applicable will be invoiced in addition.

3 - Payment conditions
The prices offered on the site are inclusive of VAT.
By credit card only, you are directed to the secure site of our financial partner. The banking authorization request is encrypted, the principle is identical to that of a classic transaction with a credit card terminal.
A confirmation of payment for the order is established by WOODAIXPO and sent by email once the amount of the order has been paid.

4 - Withdrawal period
The consumer has a withdrawal period of 7 days from receipt by the consumer.
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, WOODAIXPO undertakes to reimburse the sums paid, free of charge within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods and accompanied by a written request for reimbursement.

5 - Delivery conditions
Delivery times indicated by WOODAIXPO are given for information purposes only. No compensation may be granted to the customer in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, and no order may be canceled without the express agreement of WOODAIXPO.

5-1 - Transport costs
Transport costs are defined in the scale communicated by WOODAIXPO on the site and will be payable at the same time as the invoice.

5-2 - Receipt of orders
Any complaint will only be valid if it is made within 48 hours of delivery to the customer and by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to WOODAIXPO. If these elements are not produced, no claim will be accepted.
The customer will mention the usual reservations on the delivery note. It will be up to the customer to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies observed.

6 - Reservation of ownership
WOODAIXPO retains ownership of the products sold until actual payment in principal and accessories. The delivery of a document does not constitute payment within the meaning of this clause, creating an obligation to pay (draft or other). Failure to pay any of the due dates may result in the products being claimed.
The above provisions do not prevent, from delivery, the transfer to the buyer of the risks of loss or deterioration of the goods as well as the damage they could cause.
Expressly, jurisdiction is given to the Commercial Court of Aix en Provence for any dispute between the parties with application of French law.

7 - Information
The customer declares to have read and accepted without reservation the general conditions of sale of WOODAIXPO reproduced above.
By express agreement between WOODAIXPO and the customer, these General Terms and Conditions are governed by and subject to the application of French law.
